      Day 1Arrival in Pelling

      Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP Railway Station, and transfer to Pelling (approx. 135 km / 5 hrs). Check in to your hotel and relax. The drive will be through scenic mountain roads as you reach the serene hill town of Pelling. The aura of the town nestled amid the majestic Kanchenjunga range will leave you refreshed and calm. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax in the tranquil Himalayan setting. The rest of the day is at leisure. Explore the places in and around your hotel. Stroll through the quiet town or enjoy the breathtaking mountain vistas. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk with panoramic views of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Overnight stay at Pelling.

      Day 2Pelling Sightseeing

      After breakfast, explore the beautiful sights of Pelling. The notable tourist places of Pelling will cover Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, Sky Walk & Chenrezig Statue, Rimbi Waterfall, Kanchenjunga Waterfall and Khecheopalri Lake. Overnight stay at Pelling. Begin your sightseeing with Sikkim’s sacred and oldest Pemayangtse Monastery. Stay overwhelmed by its serene ambience and exquisite Buddhist art. Via a short walk, reach the Rabdentse Ruins, the ancient capital of the former Kingdom of Sikkim, and feast your eyes on the breathtaking views of the snow-crested Kanchenjunga range.

      Next, move to the famous Sky Walk and the majestic Chenrezig Statue, where a glass-floored walkway provides the ultimate thrill of being suspended high up in the air with the panorama of valleys and mountains below. Later, visit nature’s splendour at the Rimbi Waterfall and the spectacular Kanchenjunga Waterfall. Carry your camera for some memorable shots at these scenic and famous tourist attractions. Wrap your day with a visit to the tranquil Khecheopalri Lake, known to be a wish-fulfilling lake revered by both Buddhists and Hindus. Surrounded by dense forests and fluttering prayer flags, soak in some moments of peace and spiritual calm. Overnight stay at Pelling.

      Day 3Pelling to Darjeeling Transfer + Local Leisure

      After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling (approx. 75 km / 4 hrs) via scenic valleys and tea gardens. On arrival at the beautiful hill town, check in to your hotel. Later go for some sightseeing in and around  Darjeeling. Visit Japanese Peace Pagoda, Tea Garden (outer view), or enjoy sunset views from Mall Road. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

      Day 4Departure from Darjeeling

      After breakfast, check out and transfer to NJP / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey with refreshing memories of the “Queen of the Hills” with pictures of the morning mist slowly lifting from the emerald valleys. The scent of fresh tea leaves and the distant echo of monastery bells will continue to linger around in the cool mountain air, carrying memories of serene sunrises and the majestic Kanchenjunga.

      As you drive down towards NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, your eyes will seek more of the glimpses of Darjeeling’s timeless charm, the simple folks with smiling faces, bustling bazaars and peace all around. The mist, music, and mountains will remain etched forever in your heart long after you have departed.

      Transfers in Sikkim (Car Options)

      From airport/train station pick up and drop to transfers between attractions (such as Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake to Baba Mandir), all transfers provided in a clean and well-maintained car (SUV/hatchback). The car options are: 

      Standard four-wheeler: Tata Sumo / Bolero / WagonR  or similar

      Luxury four-wheeler: Innova / Xylo / Scorpio or similar 

      Please note that the biggest vehicle we can offer is a 7-seater SUV. We do not provide bus or tempo traveller options.

      Documents for Permits in Sikkim (ILP/PAP)
      1. Tourists with an Indian citizenship must provide Voter ID or Driving License, or Passport as proof of citizenship along with 2 passport size photos to get a permit.
      1. For kids, a birth certificate or passport along with 2 passport size photos are required documents to obtain a permit.
      1. Aadhaar card and PAN card are NOT proof of citizenship and thus will not be considered as valid documents for acquiring a permit. 
      1. Service of a tour guide is mandatory in case of a foreigner travellers who want to visit North Sikkim / Nathula pass & Baba Mandir.
      1. For Foreign travellers must obtain a Restricted Area Permit (RAP) for which a valid passport and an Indian visa along with the application form is required.
      1. Minimum two foreign tourists are required to obtain the required permit for North Sikkim/Nathula pass & Baba Mandir. Sole foreign tourists are not allowed to visit restricted areas in Sikkim.
