This eight-night, nine-day vacation combines the best of Sikkim and Darjeeling. Sikkim and Darjeeling’s stunning beauty and peacefulness would leave you speechless! Sikkim is a must-see destination in India because of its rich culture and history, as well as its abundance of natural beauty. It has been appropriately dubbed “India’s Organic State.” Fresh, organic fruits and vegetables are available directly from the fields and orchards. Sikkim has a lot to offer travellers, from high altitude lakes to Kangchenjunga, the world’s highest peak, and age-old Buddhist temples.
Gangtok, Sikkim’s capital, is equally fascinating, with its own old-world charm and attractions. It’s the starting point for several incredible treks and a terrific spot to photograph Kangchenjunga’s snow-capped summits. Pelling is another Sikkim gem blessed with abundant natural beauty. Lachung, a Sikkim mountain village, is known for its beautiful scenery, Buddhist monasteries, apple orchards, pine woods, hot springs, and waterfalls.
Darjeeling, often known as the Queen of Hills, is a city in India’s West Bengal state. The snow-capped mountains, gorgeous landscapes, Buddhist temples, tea gardens, and background of Mt. Kanchenjunga make this Victorian town a popular hill station in India. One of the main attractions is the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, sometimes known as the “Toy Train.”

Tsomgo is a sacred lake that draws visitors from all over the world. It’s a high-altitude lake surrounded by natural beauty. It takes on changing hues depending on the season. It freezes in the winter, but in the spring, it bursts with life, with vibrant flowers blooming all around it.
Baba Harbhajan Mandir, or the shrine, was established in memory of Baba Harbhajan Singh, a brave Indian soldier.
Drive to Lachung (8800 ft), a stunning highland village surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks, after breakfast. It’s known for its beautiful waterfalls, sparkling streams, and apricot, peach, and apple orchids. The settlement is divided in two by the Lachung Chu river, which runs through the centre. Stop along the way at Singhik View Point to take in the breathtaking views of Mount Silnoulchu and the ferocious Seven Sisters Waterfall. Early in the morning, go for Yumthang Valley (11,800 feet), commonly known as “The Valley of Flowers.” It’s a beautiful valley with lush foliage and a diverse range of flowers and plants. This valley is bisected by a lovely river. Yaks, goats, and horses grazing in the grassy plains are breathtaking to see. Return to Gangtok after lunch. Treat your senses to the magnificence of Bheema and Twin Waterfalls on the way back. In Gangtok, check into your accommodation. Stay at the hotel for the night.
After breakfast, go to Pelling, a charming town nestled in a pine forest in western Sikkim. Return to the hotel later in the evening to spend the night.
Drive to Darjeeling, the Queen of Hills, after breakfast. The road to Darjeeling is not always pleasant, but it’s worth it because you’ll pass through beautiful green gardens, rushing rivers, historic bridges, and quaint villages. Arrive at the Darjeeling hotel, check in, and stay the night.
