Tucked away in the mountains at an altitude of 11,800 ft in North Sikkim, Yumthang Valley is truly enchanting. The valley is surrounded by towering snow-capped Himalayan mountain ranges and surrounded by rolling meadows. The valley dons the spring colours and transforms into a meadow of thousand blooms during spring in the months of April–May. The beauty of blossoming rhododendrons, primulas, and other alpine flowers create a mesmerizing coloured canvas.
